It is widely known that these years are the\u00a0<\/p><p>foundation years for all learning and development which has to happen in future.<\/p><p>ECE years entail child\u2019s multi-fold development in all domains including physical, emotional, social, intellectual and ps<\/p><p>Psychological that is why it is believed that these years significantly shape the future years of every child.<\/p><h4 data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"20\"><strong>Parent-Teacher Coordination in Early Years \u2013 why it is needed<\/strong><\/h4><p>In early years, when a child is learning to form new relationships, one of the most important relationship is the one between his or her parents and teachers. A child is surrounded by his family members and other caregivers and a sound support from these individuals meaningfully contributes to the child\u2019s learning in early years.<\/p><p>Keeping this in view, ERI develops its ECE programs to involve both stakeholders (teachers and parents) in child\u2019s development. The main aim is to help teachers learn and understand how they can improve children\u2019s:<\/p><ul><li>academic performance<\/li><li>social skills and work habits<\/li><li>emotional and psychological well-being<\/li><\/ul><p>Substantial parental involvement helps teachers to work with enhanced focus on desired tasks as per students\u2019 needs. They gain valuable information about child\u2019s home environment, caregivers and tutors at home and utilize it for the betterment of the child. This also helps parents develop confidence in teachers, and adds to the positive understanding of teachers and their efforts. ECE programs help parents develop their focus on the overall wellbeing of the child rather than only the academics.<\/p><p>Each ECE program is divided into tiers, encompassing the necessary skills that parents\/caregivers need to learn for developing a healthy environment at home.
