Professional Development Workshops
(PDWs)
This is a regular feature of ERI’s teaching and learning division happening every 15 days. Three hours structured professional development workshops aim at teaching and implementing skills, techniques and strategies to further attendees development. PDWs not just focus on teaching and learning technical skills, but also on development of character and change in mindset.
These workshops give the attendees an opportunity to collaborate, understand new knowledge and try and implement it in their everyday work practices. Each workshop has a clear goal and demands participants to work on identifying steps and create a suitable plan to bring a positive change on professional and personal levels.
